“Skill Daddy,” “us,” or “we” refers to the owner of this site. Our office is at 305, Anam 1, Opp. Parimal Garden, Ambavadi, Ahmedabad – 380006 (India). “You” refers to the person viewing this website.

1.1 Binding Agreement: By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please exit the site immediately.

1.2 Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to E-Books, Cohort curriculum, Virtual Summit recordings, and Training, Tools, Software Programs & Widgets, is the exclusive property of Zatang.

  • License: You are granted a single-user license for personal use.
  • Restriction: You may not redistribute, resell, or “group-buy” any materials. Unauthorized sharing will result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action in the Ahmedabad Courts.

1.3 User Conduct (Community & Cohorts): We maintain a strict “no-troll” policy. Any member engaging in harassment, spamming affiliate links, or disruptive behavior in our Online Community will be removed immediately. Any attack or discrimination based on Religion, Cast, Faith, Nationality or Social Ideology will result in permanent suspension of your account and a lifetime ban.

1.4 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Indian Law, Zatang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Information, Tools, or Training.

1.5 Strict Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Sales are Final: At Skill Daddy, we mostly sell digital goods and time-sensitive access (Cohorts/Summits/Memberships). Therefore, we have a No-Refund Policy.

We do not offer “Money-Back Guarantees” or “Trial Periods.”

Once a product (E-Book/Physical Book, Software/Widget/Tool) is delivered, or access to a Cohort is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

The same applies to any service; once the service period starts, there is no money back or refund for that specific milestone or period (month, quarter, or year), depending on the conditions mentioned on the service’s sales page.

Exception: A refund will only be processed if a specific sales page explicitly states a “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee” for that specific product. In the absence of such a statement, the “No-Refund” rule applies.

1.6 Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Ahmedabad District, Gujarat.
